If you need to change the quantity of any items, just enter the number required in the quantity box and it will automatically update.

Yes - We do not resell or distribute your addresses, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will only be used if we, or the courier delivering your package, need to contact you with a question about your order.
We work hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, orders will slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these instances, we reserve the right to cancel either the out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order. We will, of course also issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account for any items we cannot ship. We will also contact you to let you know that we have modified your order.
This depends on the items you are ordering. Simply add your gift message at checkout and will confirm if the message can be added. If the message cannot be added we will keep you informed and can offer you a full refund if it can't be added.
If your items consist of different products, there is a chance that your items may be shipped separately. This is because some of our products are outsourced and manufactured overseas. This allows us to provide a beautiful array of products at a reasonable price. Although items may arrive separately, we only charge you once for shipping.

Anayah London guarantees that orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, or less depending on your order. During peak period/event promotions (as advertised on Website). Delivery within the UK generally takes between 2 and 5 working days.
Please be extremely careful in providing us with the correct address details (no PO Boxes accepted) when placing your order. If you provide us with the incorrect address and we deliver your product as per your instructions, we take no responsibility for any errors.
While we will do our best to meet your individual order requests, we cannot guarantee a day and delivery time as we use third party delivery & courier services. For courier deliveries, we will however always make the company aware of your request and feel certain that if it can be facilitated it will be.
No need to panic, this is usually because it's on it's way separately. It could be that it's being despatched by one of our trusted Partners or maybe on arrival it was to big to fit into one of the normal post boxes?

Delivery will take place during normal business hours. If there is no one available to accept delivery, our Courier will leave your parcel in the secure position as advised on your delivery instructions, or leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunatelywe cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with all original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
Items must not be worn, altered or washed. The obligation for return does not apply when any of the tags have been removed or damaged. Your item will require the receipt or proof of purchase.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as swimwear or underwear which cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. For Personalised Jewellery we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. Due to the nature of the product we do not offer a return, refund or an exchange. However, if you have received your item in damaged condition you must contact us immediately as you will have 7 days in which to return it to us before we can process a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive cash on delivery may be denied, or the cash on delivery amount may be deducted from your return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the contact form below and send your item to the return address listed in Refunds Section. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns & Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If your product is faulty, please follow the same procedure for returns. Goods are considered faulty if they are received in a damaged condition where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and in this event will be returned back to the customer with no refund issued. You may wish to exchange your faulty goods or request a repair, in this instance please contact us using the form below.

Please remove your jewellery before bathing, showering or swimming.
Avoid your jewellery coming into contact with hairspray, make-up, perfume and substances containing corrosive chemicals. This can cause the jewllery to tarnish quicker. If possible, please try to apply your perfumes/potions before putting your jewellery on.
Store your jewelry in a fabric lined box and wrap items individually to avoid tangling, scratching and unecessary pressure. Sterling silver can be gently cleaned in warm soapy water, or with a silver cloth, you can find these in most good supermarkets.
