WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF PRICES SHOWN ON ANAYAH LONDON WEBSITE?
Our prices are listed in Pound Stirling (GBP).

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY PURCHASE?
Anayah London accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal & Apple Pay.

IS IT SAFE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE INTERNET?
Our PCI DSS Compliant Payment Gateway Provider – Paypal – ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure.  For security reasons Anayah London does not hold any of your payment or financial information.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this so please be careful when selecting your Products and placing your order. You will have the ability to review your order before making payment.

HELP – I AM HAVING TECHNICAL TROUBLE WITH THE SHOPPING CART?
Please contact us directly at sales@anayahlondon.com with details of any problems you are experiencing when shopping with us online and be sure to include details of what item(s) you wish to order. If possible, please also send us a screenshot of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No - Anayah London prides itself on caring for animals and the natural environment alike. As such, we do NOT test our products on animals.

DOES ANAYAH LONDON UNDERTAKE BESPOKE COMMISSIONS?
Anayah London is available to undertake bespoke commissions and will work with you to create your own individual piece of crochet.  Discussing your ideas and choosing the finest materials / colour choices for your piece.

  • Crochet pieces are hand-made and take a minimum of 3days - 2 weeks to complete.
  • Commissioned orders take a minimum of 2 to 6 weeks once we begin the project.
